Accountabilities: Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for content management solutions that support design and engineering workflows. Partner with customers to understand challenges related to content creation, governance, organization, discovery, and reuse. Identify and prioritize product investments that improve content quality, accessibility, consistency, and reliability. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, user experience, and product teams to deliver intuitive and scalable software experiences. Work with cross-functional product teams to improve integrations, adoption, and overall product value. Prioritize roadmap initiatives by balancing customer feedback, business objectives, product data, and technical requirements. Establish and monitor product success metrics to evaluate performance and guide future improvements. Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and key decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams. Support Agile product development practices and ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, delivering software products, platforms, or complex digital solutions. Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) workflows, BIM processes, and design content management. Experience working directly with customers to identify needs and translate insights into product strategies and investments. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization. Strong relationship-building skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Working knowledge of APIs, software integrations, and modern technology platforms. Experience defining product success metrics and using data-driven insights to guide decisions. Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
