Interesting Work That Impacts Business Our Business Law team advises companies through some of their most important moments, from acquisitions and reorganizations to financing transactions and strategic business decisions.
You'll be involved in a diverse range of sophisticated matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, financing transactions, and corporate governance matters.
No two days are the same. One day you may be advising a growing entrepreneur on an acquisition, while the next, you're helping a family-owned business with succession planning or supporting investors through a significant transaction.
