Ride the next mile with us! We are seeking an HR Intern to provide administrative support to the HR. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in HR processes and procedures, learn about HR policies and compliance, and shadow HR Generalists.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule internal promotion interviews in collaboration with the HR Generalist
- Assist in delivering a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and tracking tools with accuracy
- Apply your knowledge of core HR principles, policies, and procedures in day-to-day tasks
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed
- Submit and manage HRIS tickets on behalf of the HR Generalist and HR Manager
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage confidential records, update databases, and track deadlines
