We’re seeking a Senior Software Developer (5+ years) to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical initiatives, and ensure high standards in performance, quality, security, and reliability.

**What the role offers:**As a Senior Software Developer, you will:

• Design and develop scalable web applications and services.
• Lead solution architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
• Build robust APIs and integrations with cloud and data platforms.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the stack.
• Mentor team members and contribute to high-quality delivery in Agile environments.
• Drive CI/CD automation and operational excellence.

What you need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Web Development: React, Angular, JavaScript.
• Backend/Frameworks: Java, Spring MVC, Struts2, Jakarta EE
• Databases:
• Relational: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Analytical/Columnar/NoSQL: Vertica, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Solr
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure; container orchestration (AKS, EKS, GKE); SaaS/PaaS experience.
• AI: Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning (practical application in products or features).
• CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins; solid grasp of branching strategies, pipelines, and test automation.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with security, observability, and performance tuning.
• Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform (or similar Infrastructure as Code tools) is considered an asset, along with familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, data pipelines and MLOps practices, and Jakarta EE.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication.
• Ownership mindset and bias for delivering customer value.
