We operate two production facilities in Ontario, located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our team takes pride in building quality equipment that supports livestock farming, and we work in a positive environment where people value teamwork, reliability, and doing the job right.
The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Welders to join our production team in Glencoe. In this role, you will:

Fabricate parts and assemblies using MIG welding processes, primarily on carbon steel

Read drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to build components to specification

Fit, align, and weld assemblies using fixtures, layout tools, and measuring equipment
-
Inspect your work to ensure weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to standards
-
Set up and maintain welding equipment and work safely with lifting devices and shop tools
-
Maintain an organized work area and support steady, efficient production flow

Communicate issues or concerns early to prevent delays or rework
Our Ideal Candidate

Has practical MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Understands fabrication tolerances and how to work accurately from drawings
-
Works independently while contributing to the broader production team

Values safety, reliability, and quality workmanship

Takes ownership of their work and notices problems before they escalate

Produces consistent, structurally sound welds with good visual finish
The Benefits
We offer regular, full-time employment with competitive wages paid biweekly. Our standard work week is 44 hours, with overtime paid after 40 hours, providing consistent earning potential. Employees are also eligible for our quarterly bonus program.
