Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Deal Posting Admin to join our team atour Regional Head office located in Mississauga at 401 highway and Dixie road. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the timely posting of all vehicle sales transactions.

Have experience posting deals in a dealership environment

Have intermediate Excel skills

Have experience with CDK/OneEighty Software
Responsibilities:

Review and verify all vehicle deal jackets for completeness and accuracy before posting.

Post new and used vehicle deals to the accounting system in a timely manner.

Communicate with sales, FSMs, and management teams to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.

Process third-party remittances and other deal-related transactions.
-
Assist with month-end closing and other accounting functions as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-
Prior dealership accounting or deal posting experience preferred.

Knowledge of automotive DMS systems (e.g., CDK) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
