OPÉRATEUR(TRICE) MÉLANGES (SOIR) H-2521

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Relevant du Superviseur de production, l’opérateur, mélanges est appelé à réaliser diverses tâches reliées aux mélanges, aux pesées, à l’échantillonnage des matières premières et à la sanitation.

Responsabilités :

  • Effectuer les pesées des matières premières, des excipients et des autres produits;

  • Effectuer les mélanges des poudres à l’aide du mélangeur à ruban, du mélangeur en « V », du tourne-baril ou en sacs en respectant la procédure;

  • Effectuer le conditionnement de certains produits, identifier les barils et les ranger dans l’entrepôt réfrigéré;

  • Effectuer l’échantillonnage des matières premières en quarantaine;

  • Nettoyer, désinfecter et stériliser le matériel utilisé;

  • Effectuer le lavage partiel et le lavage complet des équipements et des salles de production;

  • Transporter différents produits à l’aide d’un transpalette ou d’un chariot élévateur nécessaire à la production;

  • Remplir les dossiers et les registres requis;

  • Assurer le respect des politiques C-TPAT, BPF, des procédures internes et des règlements de santé et de sécurité;

  • Participer aux réunions quotidiennes de changement de quart de travail;

  • Participer à toutes autres tâches connexes.
