MAIN FUNCTIONS
Relevant du Superviseur de production, l’opérateur, mélanges est appelé à réaliser diverses tâches reliées aux mélanges, aux pesées, à l’échantillonnage des matières premières et à la sanitation.
Responsabilités :
-
Effectuer les pesées des matières premières, des excipients et des autres produits;
-
Effectuer les mélanges des poudres à l’aide du mélangeur à ruban, du mélangeur en « V », du tourne-baril ou en sacs en respectant la procédure;
-
Effectuer le conditionnement de certains produits, identifier les barils et les ranger dans l’entrepôt réfrigéré;
-
Effectuer l’échantillonnage des matières premières en quarantaine;
-
Nettoyer, désinfecter et stériliser le matériel utilisé;
-
Effectuer le lavage partiel et le lavage complet des équipements et des salles de production;
-
Transporter différents produits à l’aide d’un transpalette ou d’un chariot élévateur nécessaire à la production;
-
Remplir les dossiers et les registres requis;
-
Assurer le respect des politiques C-TPAT, BPF, des procédures internes et des règlements de santé et de sécurité;
-
Participer aux réunions quotidiennes de changement de quart de travail;
-
Participer à toutes autres tâches connexes.
