Product Manager, Advertising & Sponsorship Entertainment Vancouver, BC - Hybrid The Office of the CXO (oCXO) at EA Experiences is dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness. As a Product Manager reporting into the Advertising & Sponsorships Team, you will shape the future of in-game sponsorships by leveraging your expertise in gaming and adtech. You will collaborate closely with all of EA's studio teams, ensuring the seamless integration of new ad inventory. Your role is critical in executing our sponsorship and advertising tech program roadmap and ensuring its success. You will work in hybrid work model out of our Burnaby studio.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification and expansion of new and current in-game sponsorship opportunities by leveraging insights from behavioral data, market research, and brand feedback.
- Adapt quickly to different game environments, genres, and production workflows to support a wide range of ad and sponsorship integrations.
- Assist in aligning stakeholders by preparing materials, tracking feedback, writing proposals, and establishing engagement guidelines.
- Help maintain production schedules, tracking progress and flagging potential risks.
- Partner with Studio teams to support campaign execution processes and encourage opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate bespoke design requests by liaising between studios, partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain and update in-game inventory documents, specifications, and related records.
- Assist in standardizing workflows for content creation, ingestion, and deployment.
- Support the definition and documentation for testing, governance, and policies.
- Identify and escalate bottlenecks, suggesting process or tool enhancements where appropriate.
- Support Account and Sales team by finding new inventory, expanding current inventory, and streamlining operations for execution.
Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience (3+ years) in a product management role in tech or gaming industries, with a focus on development, advertising, or monetization.

Familiarity with project management and design software such as Jira, Monday, Miro, Figma, Photoshop, Google Drive, and/or Microsoft Office.

Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders within tight timelines.

Experience communicating, product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Showcase adaptability when working across multiple game studios, genres, and stakeholder groups, adjusting approach to meet varying processes, priorities, and creative needs.
Compensation And Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$100,000 - $139,500 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
