Your work environment at EXP
We’re seeking a motivated seller/doer with leadership aspirations. You bring strong technical expertise and can manage projects from start to finish. You thrive in a dynamic role that blends fieldwork, business development, and office time, and you have experience building a portfolio of loyal clients who value your contributions.
What your experience looks like
- P. Eng registered with EGBC
- 8–10 years of experience in mid-rise, commercial, subdivision, and municipal/highway projects
- Practical approach to project execution and management
- Enjoy fieldwork and face-to-face client interactions
- Solid understanding of materials testing Experience with shoring systems for parkades or geohazard mitigation in wildfire zones is an asset
The salary range for this role is between $120,000-150,000 . The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
