.We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist and People Success Business Partner to recruit top talent across the and Canada and the United States. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across all of GoEngineer’s open roles, serving as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership. This role will also provide light People Success operational support related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, etc

- e:Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategie
- s.Create and post job descriptions and advertisements Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreac
- h.Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate, timely update
- s.Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and alignment with job requirement
- s.Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring team
- s.Provide guidance to managers on recruitment best practice
- s.Monitor and recommend improvements to recruiting policies, offers, and candidate experienc
- e.Support pre-screening and background check processe
- s.Stay current on industry trends and maintain professional network
- s.Serve as the first line of support for Canadian managers and employees on HR-related questions and processe
- s.Process routine employee changes in the HR system (e.g., job title updates, reporting changes, salary adjustments
- ).Support employee relations by helping managers address day-to-day issues, escalating complex matters to the People Success team as neede
- d.Coordinate and document employee terminations in alignment with Company policy and provincial employment standard
- s.Partner with the U.S. People Success team to ensure compliance with Canadian laws and internal policie
- s.Maintain accurate and confidential employee record
- s.Participate in special projects and additional HR activities as assigne

- ce.2+ years of Human Resources Experience, including both Recruiting and Generalist functio

- nt.Excellent communication and interpersonal skil
- ls.Proficiency with ATS platfor
- ms.Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outloo
- k).Bilingual in English and French Canadian strongly preferr
