Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales the Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by qualifying, researching, and following up on inbound leads. All inbound sales emails and calls will be directed to this role, ensuring timely and effective responses.

This individual will help drive new business development, assigned outbound leads, manage smaller accounts, and provide high-quality support to ensure the success and growth of the sales organization. This is a hands-on role that combines lead management, account development, and professional sales experience, with opportunities for learning and advancement.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

**Schedule:**40 hours, Mon - Fri

What you will do

  • Inbound Lead Management: Receive and manage all inbound sales emails and calls, including dedicated fleet outsourcing opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate follow-up
  • Lead Qualification & Research: Qualify and research inbound leads to ensure they are properly assessed before passing them on to the sales team.
  • Lead Package Preparation: Assemble detailed lead packages for sales team use, including research, notes, contact information, and relevant background. Schedule first appointments on behalf of the sales team.
  • New Business Development: Develop smaller accounts and generate new business opportunities through inbound lead, follow-up and marketing campaign responses.
  • Sales Support & Shadowing: Shadow senior sales team members to gain experience, understand best practices, and ensure succession readiness within the sales organization.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience and accurate lead tracking.
  • Bilingual Skills (Optional): Ability to communicate in French is an asset but not required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead management preferred.
  • Strong research, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from senior team members.
