About The Position
The Labourer is responsible for performing various onsite labour duties in support of multi-family construction projects.

Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct groundwork, including cleanup, pumping water, and prepping ground for concrete. Maintain project site cleanliness from debris, garbage, snow removal and other housekeeping duties. Perform minor deficiency repairs and occasional light carpentry work to fix minor framing deficiency, put up guardrails, etc. Assist in minor equipment maintenance to ensure safe operation, adjust, and move heaters/fans, etc. Participate in and champion the Carrington Construction Canada Safety Program. Other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Experience working on multi-family residential construction projects an asset. Carpentry and/or quality assurance experience preferred. Demonstrate comfort using hand and power tools. Reliable and punctual work history required. Valid drivers license and personal reliable transportation to get to and from work.
