About the role
- 5+ Years strong experience leading QA teams with expertise in defining test strategy, planning, and executing end-to-end quality assurance activities.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks for web, API, and integration testing using industry-standard automation tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, defect management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to mentor QA team members and drive quality engineering best practices.
- Experience with Murex or other Capital Markets platforms is considered a strong asset but is not required.
