  • Salary range for Finance and Administration Technician is $23.00 CAD hourly

Please note: This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months. At our facility in Etobicoke you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Recovery+ team as a Finance and Administration Technician

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of Job Orders, additional charges, and driver logs, following all relevant policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with Plant Managers and personnel to obtain weights, backup paperwork, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Communicate with the Driver Supervisor and Dispatch Team regarding missing or incorrect Job Orders, destinations, and vehicle assignments.

  • Organize, file, and store Job Orders and scale tickets systematically; prepare copies for customers and Finance as needed.

  • Generate and review system reports to verify data accuracy (weights, quantities, materials) and make necessary corrections.

  • Support monthly schedules and deadlines, participate in training programs, and provide back-up coverage for Reception when required.

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred, with strong typing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data entry software; ability to quickly learn new systems is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of identifying and resolving data-related issues independently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; self-motivated and results-oriented team player.
