What You Will Do:
Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Ensure that all projects comply with IT security policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Communication
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Team Leadership:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Coordinating pilot programs to test and scale innovation before full deployment.
- Motivate project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues within the project and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage the operation of the help desk system to oversee SLA’s and compliance reporting
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Recommend continuous improvement through conducting project postmortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the IT field, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
