We are currently seeking a TEMP Account Manag. Sr. Spec. Advisor to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an Account Management Sr. Spec. Advisor to join our team in British Columbia, Canada, supporting the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
Client’s Business Problem to Solve
PHSA operates in a highly regulated, mission-critical healthcare environment where continuity of service, compliance, and workforce stability are essential to patient safety and public trust. PHSA requires a delivery partner that can ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective workforce delivery across complex, multi-year IT and digital health engagements.
NTT DATA supports PHSA by providing end-to-end delivery governance, workforce planning, and operational oversight, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time while meeting contractual, financial, and public-sector accountability requirements.
Position’s General Duties and Tasks
Provide overall delivery accountability for NTT DATA resources assigned to PHSA, ensuring contractual commitments and service outcomes are met
Lead resource planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management across multiple PHSA programs
Serve as the primary escalation and governance point for delivery, staffing, and performance issues
Ensure compliance with public-sector, security, privacy, labour, and healthcare regulatory requirements
Manage financial performance including utilization, forecasting accuracy, and cost controls
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction
Requirements for this Role
10+ years of experience in IT or professional services delivery
Including 5+ years in a senior delivery leadership role
Experience managing large-scale delivery teams of 50+ resources
Demonstrated financial management accountability including forecasting and margin management
Experience working within public sector or healthcare environments
Strong executive-level stakeholder management experience
Preferences (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience supporting Canadian healthcare organizations or government entities
Familiarity with PHSA or BC health authorities
Experience supporting large-scale digital, cloud, or cybersecurity programs
Required Schedule Availability
Monday to Friday, standard business hours (Pacific Time). Flexibility is required to support executive engagements and critical delivery events.
Annual Salary for the role is 130K to $150K (CAD)
