Part-Time Billing Coordinator / Auditor
About the role
Ready For a Tasty New Challenge? Position: Part-Time Billing Coordinator / Auditor Location : Etobicoke, ON.
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr
Shift: Sunday & Monday (2pm - 10pm) + one (1) additional weekday
(Work hours and schedule are subject to change; Flexibility is requred)
Responsibilities:
- Auditing Outbound shipments before shipping
- Filling out excel spread sheets for auditing
- Closing orders in PC data
- Creating invoices using RMS
- Tracking invoices
- Calculate additional charges, such as shipping costs, to include in invoices
- Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
- Resolve billing errors that other staff or customers flag
Qualifications :
- Previous expeirence in billing, invoicing and/or as an administrative assistant
- You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues
- You digest constructive feedback as an opportunity to listen, and improve your skills, abilities, and performance
- You are someone who listens to comprehend a situation first, asking questions to clarify your own understanding, instead of listening to be able to reply quickly
- Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines with competing priorities, making decisions on the spot
- Sense of urgency working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Outlook, & Excel)
