We are seeking a dedicated Functional Project Manager to lead critical projects within the pharmaceutical and toxicology sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Required Skills

• Proven experience in vendor management within a scientific or biotech setting
• Strong background in labs, bioanalytical techniques, pharmacology, or toxicology
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to step in immediately and lead projects effectively
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to coordinate and visit the office once a week
• Fluency in English; other language skills are a plus

Nice To Have Skills

• Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the life sciences sector
• Additional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacology, bioinformatics, or related fields
• Extensive experience in laboratory or bioanalytical environments
• Demonstrated track record of managing scientific or-toxicology projects

Other Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel to office once a week; candidates outside Belgium who can accommodate weekly travel are welcome
• Immediate availability to step into the role and commence project activities
