Role Description The Civil Project Coordinator (Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON. This position supports project teams by organizing documentation, tracking progress, and assisting with scheduling and coordination of civil and utility construction activities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating project files, assisting with permit and inspection coordination, communicating with subcontractors and suppliers, and helping monitor timelines and deliverables. The role also involves gathering information from the field, supporting cost tracking and basic reporting, and ensuring that safety and quality procedures are followed. The coordinator works closely with project managers and site supervisors to help keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Foundational knowledge of civil engineering, construction management, or related field, supported by a diploma, degree, or equivalent experience.
