About the role
Mustang Freightways is currently looking for a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk. The successful candidate should be available to work 5pm to 9pm weekdays, shifts are variable.
We are a diversified, general freight carrier offering LTL and TL services in Alberta and British Columbia. At Mustang, our team takes pride in its service excellence, meeting and exceeding customer expectations to make Mustang the Best in Class.
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Entering bills of lading into AS400
- Entering PODs
- Scanning
- Filing
- Processing paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent computer skills
- Capable of learning new programs quickly
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent typing skills with minimal errors
- Willingness and flexibility to cover additional shifts as requested (time off/vacation coverage) are considered an advantage
- A strong sense of teamwork
