Udrive Car Rental in Flin Flon has an immediate opening for an experienced Part Time Car Rental Agent. Summary:

Reporting to the Udrive Location Manager, the Part-Time Car Rental Agent will be based at the Flin Flon Airport. This role involves evening and weekend shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth and positive rental experience. Exceptional communication skills and customer service experience is a major part of this role; therefore, it is important that the individual excels at working in a collaborative and fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drivers License is mandatory, transportation will be provided

• Greet customers in a professional manner when they arrive onsite

• Guide customers through the reservation process and answer questions they may have

• Assist the customer in selecting the best vehicle based on their needs

• Explain terms and conditions to the customer and available promotions or discounts

• Perform a walk-around and inspection of the vehicle to note damages and accurate documentation

• Ensure on-going communication with the customer occurs to ensure the car is checked-in and checked-out based on the agreed upon terms

• Other duties as requested by management
