Program Overview
McKesson’s Intern program is designed to provide:

Work Term: Fall 2025 – September 8th through December 19th
Job Summary:
The Commercial Intelligence team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern for the Fall 2025 term. This internship offers hands-on experience in Power BI, business insights, financial planning and data model validation. This will provide an opportunity to gain practical experience in Business Intelligence and access to senior leaders, networking opportunities, coaching and a fun team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of Key Performance Indicators in Power BI.
- Participate in financial planning activities including sales & market analytics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist with data quality initiatives, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information within Power BI and collaborate closely with product owners to support the data validation of new data models.
- Support with Net Protomer Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Survey activities & analysis.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains within our Intelligence activities.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the Marketing & Commercial Operations organization.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required for this position.
- Student enrolled in a post-secondary degree program, graduating or in 3rd year (computer science, business, or related field).
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly communicate product vision and expected outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional approach.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging AI technologies and their business applications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and self-manage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to prioritize and escalate issues as needed.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
