##Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct entry-level fundraising research.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Creating data workflows in the database for fundraising.
  • Implementing and aiding stewardship activities for donors.
  • Support the planning and delivery of donor recognition events and celebrations.
  • Connect with alumni to build relationships and encourage continued involvement with the institution.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of Alumni Weekend activities.
  • Provide logistical and fundraising support for major events such asFeast On The Farm, including event setup and on-site coordination.

##Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education program, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 months of completed post-secondary studies.
  • Computer application experience; experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint preferred.

##Additional Information

This is a student appointment commencing May 4, 2026, and ending August 28, 2026, working a 36.25-hour work week.

Wage: $15.00 per hour

  • have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
