Parts Technician

This role offers a base salary of $52,000 to $72,800 annually, based on experience and qualifications, and is also eligible for performance-based bonuses. The Role

This is a day-shift position scheduled Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Order Processing – 50%

Fulfill parts orders using in-stock inventory Source and process orders through PDCs, vendors, dealerships, and suppliers Communicate ETA updates and arrival notifications to technicians and customers Learn and effectively use dealership systems, including Procede, CAT, Cummins, Paragon, and other online platforms required to support customers and operations Customer Service & Support – 40% Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and professionally Provide timely and efficient service to both internal and external customers Build strong working relationships with technicians, drivers, service advisors, and other departments Support a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Ad Hoc Duties – 10% Replenish inventory and maintain clean, organized display areas Ensure pricing and merchandising are accurate and customer-ready Participate in training sessions and department meetings Process debit and credit transactions, product returns, refunds, and core credits Education & Certifications High school diploma required Journeyman Parts Technician certification is considered an asset Experience & Qualifications Minimum two years of parts experience within the heavy equipment, trucking, or commercial vehicle industry Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence Nice to Have Journeyman Parts Technician certification Experience with Procede or a similar dealership business system Familiarity with CAT, Cummins, Paragon, or other parts lookup platforms Previous experience supporting technicians, service departments, or commercial fleet customers Other Details We welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
