- Deliver scalable and resilient solutions that meet performance and redundancy targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor on data sovereignty, PIPEDA, and Canadian compliance considerations.
- Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Netskope) to evaluate, configure, and optimize SASE platforms.
- Support RFP/RFI processes by mapping technical capabilities to functional and compliance requirements.
- Partner with sales and solution architects to define migration strategies and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and enablement for client operations and SOC teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in network security, cloud security, or secure access architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of SASE, Zero Trust, and cloud security frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with one or more SASE platforms (e.g., Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma).
- Familiarity with SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA, VPN, and cloud firewall technologies.
- Experience integrating with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Working knowledge of Canadian data privacy and residency regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills, able to translate complex concepts clearly.
- Certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, PCNSE, NSE, or equivalent are strong assets.
