What You’ll Do:

Greet visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism—you’ll be the face and heart of Elmwood!

Answer phones and emails with care and efficiency, always ensuring clear communication.

Support staff and faculty with a variety of administrative tasks that keep our school humming.

Coordinate visitor arrivals and communicate with the right team members.

Manage attendance records with accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail like a pro.
-
Keep our front office stocked, tidy, and running like clockwork.
-
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a can-do spirit at all times.
What You Bring:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (bonus points if it’s in a school!).

Excellent people skills—you’re approachable, friendly, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

Strong organizational and communication chops.

Tech-savviness and a comfort with common office software and systems, including Google Workspace for Education.

A calm, positive, team-first attitude, even on the busiest of days.

A love for learning environments and a belief in the magic of possibility.

A basic knowledge of first aid is preferred; certification is considered an asset.
