To determine final salary, Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

Description
In this role, you will:
Support the configuration management infrastructure for a large Naval program to meet customer obligations. Support configuration management issues related to the management of data in the PDM Vault and other data repositories. Support the clean-up and correction of existing configuration data while supporting the structuring of data for transition to modernized tool sets. Prepare deliverables for updated drawings using Adobe Pro and PDM Vault. Work directly with Engineering and other internal stakeholders to ensure the required interface support is in place to meet program obligations. Work directly in problem report resolutions using Clew – Risk and Assurance Software and completing Impact Assessments (IA’s).
The ideal candidate brings:
Completion of relevant post-secondary courses (education in a technical field considered an asset). 1+ years related experience in a technical or configuration management role in a similar environment/sector. Experience with the application of a formal configuration management standard (e.g. EIA-649C) to products and supporting documentation is considered an asset. Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment. Experience using standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel Power-Point, SharePoint) as part of regular tasks. Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS), Industrial Financial Systems (IFS), System Analysis Program (SAP) or other data-management system is considered an asset. You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
