The Trade Marketing Project Specialist is owner of key Trade marketing projects , creates project goals, monitors progress, tracks with sales team and schedules meetings to ensure that the project is completed on time.
He/She will also support on the daily business to deliver internal objectives. This is done across a variety of trade marketing strategies, including products' launches, displays development , instore executions according to the activity Grid, trade marketing projects follow up & sales monthly plan definition & deployment. He/She will support key cross-functional internal relationships, including Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Forecasting.
The TM project Specialist will be responsible of traditional trade and will work on the Trade Marketing Projects and Initiatives with the objective to improve Quality, Visibility and Distribution.
- Coordinates with the different stakeholders to develop the different visibility solutions & planograms as well to ensure its proper implementation in the market
- Prepares detailed plan for the Golden Store and guarantees a close project follow up
- Implements and initiates new LT project development
- Ensures the effectiveness use of the SFA tool
- Ensures the implementation of the fridge program , tracking and follow up
- Ensures effective cycle of communication and feedback of internal distribution reports (MIS) and Distributor and sales team.
- Conducts Regular Store checks and reports Improvement areas/opportunities.
- Trains and Upgrades the skills of Distributor Sales and merchandising team to Ferrero level.
- Supports the ROI evaluation of main activities in the market (collect data relating to brands of activity- before, during and after activities)
- Supports on monthly credit notes calculations
- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales or category within the FMCG industry.
- Experince in traditional trade channels and retail environment is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet with retailers and partners.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
