What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of retail sales experience (jewellery or luxury a plus)
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and lead a team
- Passion for coaching and developing staff to succeed
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Positive, energetic, and ready to make an impact
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to ensure that the store is staffed appropriately, according to the established guidelines by being proactive and building a pipeline of potential candidates.
