We are seeking an experienced Vlocity Platform Senior Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce-based solutions for enterprise transformation initiatives.

This role focuses on implementing Vlocity capabilities, building integrations, and supporting complex CRM projects within a collaborative Agile environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to translate requirements into effective digital solutions.

Accountabilities

The Vlocity Platform Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce and Vlocity solutions while ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong technical ownership, collaboration, and the ability to successfully deliver enterprise CRM implementations.

Design, configure, and develop Vlocity solutions to support digital transformation initiatives. Deliver Vlocity development projects, including at least one successful CRM implementation within the insurance sector supporting B2B or B2C environments. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Lightning Components, Salesforce integrations, and related technologies. Implement Vlocity CPQ solutions and support complex business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project stakeholders, to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement activities. Ensure successful delivery of customer projects while maintaining technical quality and development standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions throughout project lifecycles. Communicate technical concepts clearly through documentation, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing Salesforce and Vlocity solutions, strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver enterprise-level CRM implementations.

5+ years of hands-on Vlocity implementation experience. 5-8 years of overall software development experience. Experience delivering Vlocity solutions for insurance, financial services, healthcare, or similar industries. Proven experience with Vlocity CPQ, Salesforce integrations, Apex Classes, and Lightning Components. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile delivery environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Salesforce Administrator certification required. Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or Vlocity Platform Developer certification preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
