THE POSITION We are seeking a Solution Specialist Leader to support and grow the Jonas Club Division. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the Manager of Solution Specialists is responsible for leading a team of Solution Specialists who support the Client Managers. The Solution Specialists are product experts on core offerings and play a key role in qualifying opportunities and delivering customized demonstrations to prospective and current clients. In addition, Solution Specialists provide training and knowledge transfer to Client Managers to ensure they are equipped to communicate and showcase Jonas Club’s value propositions effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team of Solution Specialists, ensuring they provide exceptional support to Client Managers throughout the sales process.
  • Oversee the delivery of tailored product demonstrations that align with client needs, assisting Client Managers in qualifying opportunities and driving them through the pipeline.
  • Ensure Solution Specialists stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and market trends, equipping them to deliver impactful knowledge transfer sessions to Client Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Managers to provide technical expertise during calls, meetings, and demonstrations, ensuring client queries are addressed accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of the Solution Specialist team, ensuring alignment with sales goals and CRM discipline.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions and workshops for Client Managers to enhance their product knowledge, enabling them to independently manage sales discussions when needed.
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure Solution Specialists have the tools and information needed to succeed.
  • Maintain discipline with CRM systems, ensuring that all interactions, updates, and progress are consistently recorded.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of Solution Specialists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in solution selling, pre-sales, or technical sales roles, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead capacity.
  • Proven expertise in delivering product demonstrations and working collaboratively with sales teams to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and process discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into client-focused benefits.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Experience with Jonas Club software or similar SaaS solutions is an asset.
