Le signaliseur collabore étroitement avec les membres de l'équipe, le responsable des opérations et/ou le superviseur de service pour s'assurer que les normes de propreté et de sécurité sont respectées en tout temps.

The Flagger performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering a service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Depending on the needs of the location the Flagger is responsible for greeting guests, issuing tickets, completing car counts, directing traffic, and ensuring facility cleanliness. The Flagger works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accueillir les invités à leur arrivée et leur dire au revoir de manière amicale et courtoise.
  • Agir en tant que contrôleur de la circulation pour diriger les invités entrants vers des places de stationnement disponibles.
  • Effectuer des comptages de véhicules sur place tout au long du service pour s'assurer que le garage ne déborde pas des espaces disponibles.
  • Effectuer des patrouilles quotidiennes.
  • Contrôler la circulation aux entrées et sorties si nécessaire ; aider les invités qui ont oublié où ils ont garé leur véhicule.
  • Utiliser une communication respectueuse pour aider les invités avec leurs questions, problèmes et préoccupations ; transmettre les informations au Responsable des opérations ou au Chef de service si nécessaire.
  • Rapporter immédiatement tout accident, incident ou préoccupation de sécurité au Responsable des opérations ou au Chef de service.
  • Communiquez de manière professionnelle en tout temps avec les Clients et les coéquipiers

  • Act as traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces
  • Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure garage does not over fill available spaces
  • Perform daily patrols
  • Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed; provide assistance to guests who have forgotten where they parked
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead as necessary
  • Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Au moins 18 ans.
  • Expérience préalable en service client .
  • Excellentes compétences en service client et en communication.
  • Capacité à communiquer verbalement avec les clients.
