Job Details Position Title: Manager, Student Inclusion & Belonging
Status: FT Admin
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Faculty/Department: Belonging & Inclusion
Campus/Location: North Campus, Lakeshore Campus and Carrier Drive
Minimum Starting Salary: $105,342; starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience.
About The Manager, Student Inclusion & Belonging Role Reporting to the Dean, Equity, Diversity Inclusion and Belonging , and working in collaboration with partners across Humber and the broader community, in support of our retention and equity strategies and our commitments under the EDIB Action Plan, Building Brilliance Framework and the Okanagan Charter, the Manager, Student Inclusion & Belonging is responsible for the development, implementation, delivery, assessment and administration of a wide range of student based programs (including but not limited to: Black Student Support & Engagement, LGBTQ+ resource Centre & Spirituality & Wellness Centre) to meet the diverse needs of students and support their success through all phases of their post-secondary experience. This includes student-facing equity and inclusion-focused education initiatives, mentoring programs, and out-of-class engagement and skill/work-integrated learning & development opportunities that are designed to complement in class learning, support a successful transition to post-secondary learning, and enhance community and sense of belonging at Humber.
The Manager will work in close collaboration with the Office of EDIB to advance institution-wide priorities through coordinated learning and development opportunities, communications, and campaigns. This includes supporting the design and delivery of EDIB-focused events, workshops, and awareness initiatives that align with Humber’s EDIB Action Plan and Building Brilliance framework. The role will also be responsible for creating intentional pathways for student voice—drawing on feedback and lived experiences from the Equity & Inclusion Hubs to inform institutional programming, communications, and advocacy. By weaving student insights into college-wide initiatives, the Manager ensures that strategies remain responsive, creative, and grounded in the realities of Humber’s diverse learners, while also amplifying belonging and engagement across the campus community.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Social Justice and Equity Studies, or related field.
Experience/Skills
- 3-5 years
