Creator Support Lead Mission: Build and lead a proactive, AI-driven, world-class support organization that helps LinkedIn Creators amplify their authentic voice online . As the Creator Support Lead, you’ll ensure Creators have fast, thoughtful, and personalized support as they engage with the AI-powered guidance. You’ll help the team interpret and act on AI insights, build workflows that anticipate Creator needs, and deliver experiences that directly drive Creator growth and engagement. Your work will ensure the company Linkedin remains a trusted partner that Creators rely on to create content, identify trends, and grow their audience in their authentic voice.
Scope
- Reports to: Head of Creator Support
- Support channels: Email and Social DMs as needed for escalations.
- Users supported: ~1,000 monthly active Creators
Key Responsibilities Team Building & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing support team focused on LinkedIn Creators
- Hire, onboard, and train contractors using scalable, repeatable systems
Scaling & Strategy
- Develop internal processes, SOPs, and playbooks that empower the team to deliver consistent, high-quality Creator support
- Implement AI-driven support strategies that help Creators understand and act on insights from LinkedIn
- Partner with leadership to plan for rapid growth and evolving Creator-focused business priorities
Support Operations
- Track and maintain team metrics, including response time, quality, and Creator satisfaction
- Coach and develop team members through 1:1s, feedback, and skill-building sessions
- Ensure the team leverages LinkedIn’s AI capabilities to proactively assist Creators, helping them amplify their authentic voice online and maximize engagement
Experience What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in Customer Support, Success, or Product-focused roles (Support leadership is a plus, but not required)
- Experience building, coaching, or scaling high-performing teams
- LinkedIn Creator, and/or highly passionate about LinkedIn
- Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
