About the role

Check guests in and out accommodation and provide administrative and/or clerical

support to the project and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.  

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Front Desk/Housing

Associates, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Provide hospitality reception services to the camp residents.
  • Coordinate with other camp departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance to ascertain all rooms are clean and well maintained.
  • Ensure data stored in the system is current with respect to resident information, resident requests, room availability, check in/checkout information, as well as housekeeping/maintenance work orders.
  • Complete daily and period reporting for management and client.
  • Perform other administrative duties and functions as required.

  • Hotel Guest Services experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and reception experience in a fast-paced demanding environment.
  • Exceptional customer service attitude and experience.
  • Experience in an administrative role. 
  • Proven time-management and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Remote camp experience is an asset. 

Position Requirements

  • Pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
  • Pass a Criminal Record Check
  • Shift: 10hr/Day
  • Rotation: 20 Days On/10 Days Off

The hourly wage for this position is $22.00. Final compensation will be

determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.
