About the role
The Opportunity
As an Advertising Analyst at Outshine, you’ll help plan, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising programs for some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies. Your work will focus on executing campaigns, analyzing performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting strategic recommendations that improve advertising performance for our clients.
Our team is primarily based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, but we encourage candidates from across Canada to apply. The successful candidate can expect to earn between $54,000-$63,000 CAD/year, depending on relevant skills and experience, as part of a complete, competitive package.
What You’ll Do
Campaign execution & optimization. You build, launch, QA, and maintain paid advertising campaigns, implementing optimizations, such as adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and creative, in collaboration with your team.
Performance analysis. You analyze campaign data to track performance against goals, highlight trends or changes, and surface observations that help inform optimizations.
Reporting & client deliverables. You prepare performance reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and well-formatted.
Research & testing support. You research new tactics, support campaign tests, and contribute ideas that help improve campaign performance.
What You’ll Bring
1+ year(s) relevant experience in paid digital advertising or media buying/planning Proficient working in the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides) and can effectively create, format and proofread shared client deliverables Above-average organization, communication, and time management skills Digital/marketing certifications under your belt, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is an asset
