Airgas is Hiring for a Rental CoordinatorThis is an on-site at our store located in St-Hyacinthe Pay range is $48,000 to $60,000 This is a Sale and Customer Service position Recruiters Manon Belanger / manon.belanger@airliquide.com / 514-241-9029 Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the incumbent assists with the daily operations of the branch and ensures rental equipment is available for orders. Key Responsibilities Maintains a safe working environment by following Airgas/Red-D-Arc's health and safety guidelines. Provides excellent customer service to all accounts. Provides follow-up to leads that are sent to the area via Web, Associations, etc.

Provides timely follow-up to customers' requests. Ensures walk-in customers are handled in a timely manner including equipment returns. Processes credit card charges.

Communicates daily with Outside Sales Associate on inquiries and/or orders received. Prepares quotes for outside sales and fax to clients as required Coordinates equipment requirements for efficient order fulfillment and cost containment.

Plans and directs customer orders with the service department. Communicates with the service department and/or shop supervisor in regards to equipment shipments and arranges orders for shipment.

Ensures proper generation of rental agreements and associated documents.

Arranges freight and transportation. Assists with vendor purchasing.

Assists with parts and equipment inventories. ________________________Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications Post secondary education equivalent to a college diploma. More than three years of customer service experience in an industrial/rental environment is preferred. Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and equipment is an asset. Preferred Qualifications Leadership: Must be able to guide and mentor associates.

Must be able to delegate and follow-up effectively. Relationship Building:

Must be able to communicate effectively. Decision Making: Must be able to work independently while making decisions based on company policies and objectives.
