- Starting hourly rate $27.92
- Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm (OT as required)

Develop your talents
By applying your expertise within our facility in Kelowna, as the CR Sorter Leadhand:
- Comply with all company policies and safety procedures
- Monitor and coach team to achieve production standards.
- Follow/Train staff on all safety rules / regulations
- Observe and report unsafe actions/behaviours
- Communicate with operators when bins are full or problems on the sort line
- Train new / temp employees with proper safety orientation
- Be an “Active Supervisor” – while working-supervising
- Lead Daily Huddles and Safety Training

- Experience in leading / coaching employees.
- Able to keep calm in an intense environment.
- Good Attendance record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good hand and eye coordination.
- Able to walk/stand for 2–3-hour increments.
- Able to work in plant conditions – dusty / hot in summer / cold in winter.
