This role combines sales, education, and artistry, with a focus on elevating the customer experience, driving sell-through, events, and growing the business at store level. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and educator with a passion for artistry and a strategic mindset for retail success. You will report to the Regional Director.
What You Do Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales by achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets at assigned store location.
- Partner with store management and staff to identify business opportunities and maximize productivity during visits.
- Implement sales strategies, including clienteling, eventing, and visual merchandising, to boost brand performance.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through personalized consultations and exceptional service
Store Support & Partnership
- Act as a brand ambassador and liaison between the brand and store staff.
- Build strong relationships with in-store teams to ensure continued support and alignment with brand goals.
- Support merchandising efforts, ensuring testers, displays, and gondolas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock concerns or opportunities to the appropriate internal teams.
Event Execution
- Execute in-store events, makeup appointments, and promotions to drive foot traffic and conversion.
- Support retailer-exclusive events and seasonal campaigns to elevate the brand presence.
- Engage customers during events, creating memorable experiences that reinforce brand loyalty.
Artistry & Education
- Deliver exceptional makeup applications and demonstrations that reflect the brand’s artistry standards.
- Provide tailored product education and training to store teams, focusing on product knowledge, application techniques, and brand storytelling.
- Conduct one-on-one or group trainings with Beauty Advisors to improve product confidence and sales performance.
- Stay up to date with product launches, trends, and techniques to ensure relevant and engaging education sessions.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during store visits and events.
