Corporate Sales Manager Mississauga, ON (On-site) $125,000–$150,000 Base + Performance Bonus
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the cabinetry industry, is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow their GTA sales team. Based at the company's head office in Mississauga, you'll oversee a team of s professionals while driving growth across both the builder and retail channels.
What You'll Do Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, helping them close deals and exceed targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share across the GTA. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, renovators, custom home builders, and key accounts. Identify new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and market analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and customer success. Monitor sales performance, provide regular reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience managing a B2B sales team. Industry experience in cabinetry, millwork, or residential building products is required. Strong background in business development, account management, and outside sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A strategic, hands-on leader who can coach, motivate, and develop a successful team. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Stable career history with demonstrated success in sales leadership.
