Position Summary
Media Experts is seeking a Client Operations Supervisor within its Operations team. Under the supervision of the Group Director, you will be tasked with assisting in a wide variety of Operational areas and process improvement initiatives within the company. The ideal candidate will bring strong back-end problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in automation, process optimization, data management, and visualization. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, approach challenges creatively, and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day media operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Monitor workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across planning, activation and backend financial processes..
- Provide training and guidance on standard operating procedures
- Assist with the implementation of new programs/software, training, and implementation plans
- Liaise with Finance/Planning/Activation/Analytics teams for process application, change management and adoption methods
- Assist with writing standard operating procedure process documents
- Assist with ad hoc process improvement projects
- Escalate and resolve operational challenges quickly to minimize impact on client campaigns
- Monitor client Budget Control Reporting, provide timesheet analysis, and ad hoc operational requests for assigned client list
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong aptitude for learning new technology/platforms
- Loves challenges and excels at problem-solving
- Self-starter and able to work within a team and individually
- Advanced skills in the use of Excel (including macros and VBA coding) are an asset but not required; intermediate Excel skills are required (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
- High Attention to detail with strong quality control focus
- Strong organizational and project or product management skills
- Media Planning and Buying Agency experience is desired
- Change Management designation, such as Prosci certified an asset but not a requirement.
- Tools used: M365 (Teams/SharePoint), Microsoft Office suite (special attention to Excel), Asana for Project Management, Camphouse / Guideline Planning, Tableau, SAP
