##What will your typical day look like?
Work you'll do
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and clear delivery of solutions. The successful candidate will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, create stakeholder-facing communications, and manage priorities, documentation, and backlog items to keep projects on track.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support business solutions managers, especially with Operations & Maintenance activities and customer relationship management
- Coordinate and lead stakeholder meetings and ad hoc workishops across global Deloitte offices
- Create and maintain stakeholder-facing communications including newsletters, presentations, and dashboards
- Lead, facilitate, and document functional processes, user stories, and other technical requirements
- Analysis and documentation of features, use cases, acceptance criteria, etc
- Work with Technical Leads and Developers on documentation
- Work across multiple teams and with business stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
- Work with Scrum Leader to assist in backlog refinement, user story management, and prioritization
- Manage tickets and bugs filed by end users
- Run meetings and take effective meeting minutes
- Manage overlapping project responsibilities including timelines, documentation, and communications

Required:
- At least 5 years Business Analyst experience
- Experience in business writing skills such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), System Requirements Documents (SRDs), Use Case Specifications and Functional Specifications
- Proficient with use case mapping and activity diagrams
- Proficient in requirement gathering and analysis, validation, business requirements specifications and functional specifications, lead application development sessions, use cases, user interface design, relational database models and data flow models
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficiency in project management documentation (such as Microsoft Project, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, etc)
- Proficiency in ticket management systems (such as ServiceNow, Jira, ADO, etc)
- Effective presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Project management experience
- AGILE or IIBA Certification(s)
- Proficient with ADO and Visio
- Experience in Consulting or with Legal applications is a plus
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions
##Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
