About the Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to products and orders. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order entry, return authorizations, and account support. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
The successful applicant will:
- Handle incoming customer requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Open new accounts.
- Support product sales.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Manage system transactions with accuracy.
- Enter orders, RMAs, and credits.
- Verify customer details, payment terms, and pricing.
- Support accounts receivable.
- Resolve outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile accounts and process payments.
- Contribute to daily operations and assist with other duties as needed.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Diploma in Administration or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer care and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and a true team player.
