Measuring Criteria
It is the responsibility of the Production Supervisor to coordinate the People and Processes tied to the production floor to ensure that safety, quality and delivery are met for out Just-In-Time / Just-in-Sequence production Environment.
Full
Manage daily production requirement to ensure on time, in sequence delivery to our Customer(s).

Production Reports
Ongoing communication with Team Members, Safety Quality, Production, Team Building etc.
Full
Problem solving and troubleshooting production related issues and root cause analysis.
Full
Ensure that employees work in a safe manner – wearing prescribed PPE. Taking every precaution reasonable, providing awareness of risks.

Conduct disciplinary investigations and review, focusing on corrective actions.

Interface with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure PM programs and safety matters are addressed.

Maintain low scrap and rework focussing on root cause elimination.

Follow division’s KPI’s and implement strategies to achieve divisional goals and objectives.

Has the ability to stop production, upon notifying the plant manager for Safety Related matters requiring immediate attention

Ensuring compliance to and participate in IATF 16949 and CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) compliance & ISO 14001 certification

Supporting the launch of ISO 45001 and ISO 50001
