The Opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our Ottawa office. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate who is organized, resourceful, and eager to learn. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our operations and sales teams, while gaining exposure to a fast-paced consulting business.
This position reports to our Chief Operating Officer and will work closely with our leadership team, sales professionals, and project managers.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support across the organization, including:
- Work order creation, preparation, and document management.
- Following up on proposals and coordinating responses.
- Supporting WorkFlowMax (ERP) and HubSpot (CRM) and future transition to integrated ERP.
- General office management, scheduling, and organization.
- Assisting sales and leadership team members with reports, coordination, and communication.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality control in all work.
- Contribute to improving systems, processes, and efficiency within the office.
- Be proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate from college or university in business administration, office management, marketing, finance, English, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proven self-management and time-management skills.
- A collaborative mindset: hungry, humble, and smart.
- Eager to learn and grow with a company that values initiative and new ideas.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools (experience with HubSpot or ERP systems an asset but not required).
Requirement
- Must be a resident of Canada for a minimum of 5 years and be able to receive and maintain a Level 2 (Secret) personnel screening security clearance from the Government of Canada
