1.0 FTE Permanent Teaching Opportunity teaching Grade 7/8 French Immersion (1-teacher model) at St Luke
Notes
First consideration will be given to Certified Occasional Teachers on the WCDSB Occasional Teacher List with a successful WCDSB Occasional Teacher Evaluation. Second consideration will be given to Certified Occasional Teachers on the WCDSB Occasional Teacher List. Third consideration will be given to external OCT certified teachers. Teachers must hold Intermediate Qualifications for this assignment, and meet one of the following requirements: Successfully pass the Board's French Proficiency Test Show successful completion of a B1 DELF exam (elementary) or B2 exam (secondary) Show an Attestation d'habilitation d'examinateur - correcteur DELF Have completed an Honour Specialist, French as a Second Language Additional Qualifications course. This assignment is posted as a 'Home Placement" assignment, which means the teacher will remain at the same school for September 2027 (subject to surplus and redundancy). Grade levels are subject to change based on enrollment.
