Toyota Plaza is seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced team-based environment as ourService****Receptionist.
Our service receptionist ensures service customers are directed to the proper service employee on the telephone, always leaving a warm & professional first impression of the dealership. If this is you, you’re just what we’re looking for!
What You'll be Doing:
- Answer phones & relay messages for the service department
- Assess service customer needs over the phone and guide them to the appropriate dealership employee
- Maintain a tidy and organized service reception area
- Administrative duties as assigned such as filing, organizing, copying and scanning work orders & documents
- Perform other duties as required/requested by management.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills & data entry skills are required
- Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task is necessary
- Previous Customer Service and/or dealership experience an asset.
