Marketing Advisor

Summary

Reporting to the Global Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Advisor is responsible for coordinating and implementing various marketing strategies, tools, and tactics to support the company’s long-term business objectives. This role focuses on the planning and execution of customer events, trade shows, and corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless event management, brand consistency, and effective audience engagement

This position is based out of Enerflex’s Corporate Calgary, AB office.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide on-going support to Enerflex’s Global Manager Marketing, and regional operations with the execution of daily marketing requirements.
  • Work in collaboration with the global marketing team and regional operations on implementing Enterprise-wide and regional marketing strategies with a goal to drive brand awareness.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including tradeshows, customer events, sponsorships, and community engagements.
  • Develop on-brand marketing and event materials across print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Assist with photo shoots, video shoots, and video production to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 6 – 8 years’ experience in marketing, experience in the related gas compression and processing industry would be considered an asset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

  • Proven efficiency and productivity skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Team player. Willing to take initiative. Adaptable. Results driven.

  • Excellent project management and organization skills with high attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, lean environment.

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office systems.

Working Conditions

Fast-paced general office environment. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity.
