##Job Description

The Programs Advisor is responsible for creating, managing and supporting operational and system programs for the Freedom Retail sales teams. This role works directly with multiple stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, support program strategy, define key metrics, and develop detailed execution plans. The Programs Advisor also leads the analysis and measurement of Retail systems and program performance. Through implementation, they track deliverables, define scope, assess risks and opportunities, gather feedback, build adoption plans, and support ongoing program maintenance post- deployment.

With an expertise in Channel Systems, this individual performs a range of technical activities including creating, reviewing, and modifying application data; recommending system and process improvements; and managing point‑of‑sale operations. By collaborating with internal stakeholders, they identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve existing system solutions, and plan for future system capabilities and enablement.

This role also requires providing on-call support, researching technical issues, and finding solutions to maintain sales operations across a diverse distribution network.

  • Management, maintenance, and support of Retail point-of-sales (POS) system
  • Key business stakeholder for maintenance, enhancement, and/or changes to CRM platform
  • Supporting with troubleshooting system issues and managing system escalations for Retail teams
  • Coordinating between Retail and internal stakeholders (IT, Logistics, Product and Marketing) for product launches, program launches and system releases
  • Analyzing program opportunities and identifying areas to enhance agent and customer experiences
  • Managing program execution – Working cross-functionally with internal teams to build project timelines and track project deliverables
  • Defining metrics and evaluating program effectiveness, providing reporting to the retail channel
  • Partnering with sales teams and other key stakeholder groups to gather feedback and build adoption plans

##Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years developing and managing programs with a focus on sales/channel-facing initiatives.
  • 3 - 5 years of telecommunications, retail operations, or SaaS experience.
  • 2 - 3 years of business analysis, or channel support experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong partner/vendor management skills.
  • Ability to triage and address concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects running concurrently from inception to launch.
  • Expert in detail-oriented work and ability to analyze needs/requirements.
  • Highly creative, self-motivated individual with drive, confidence, and the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with team members.
