Position Details

Hours: Part-time
- Monday & Tuesday 11am to 7pm
- Saturday 9am to 2pm
Dental Administrator Reponsiblities

- Greet and check-in patients, creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental software
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and reconcile EOBs
- Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communication to patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
- Assist with end-of-day reporting and deposit reconciliation
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1year of dental administrator experience
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Course
Compensation
- $23–$25/hour (commensurate with experience)
